Introduction to Remote Spectrum Monitoring-GUI Operation

This presentation covers the fundamental operation of Anritsu's Remote Spectrum Monitors web-based graphical user interface (GUI). Operating the Remote Spectrum Monitor (RSM) via a wireless or wired LAN connection enables a new and innovative spectrum monitoring method. Wherever you can access a web browser on your PC, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone, it provides access to spectrum data for monitoring, spectrum clearance, or radio propagation purposes. After a general introduction to the GUI elements, the user will learn about setting the correct parameters for frequency, reference level, resolution, and video bandwidth. Definition and operating limit lines for alarming, naming the RSM sensor, and using automatic setup files are instructed.
